Knock dough back and form into 8 round balls. Flatten with hand until about 2cm thick and place on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving about 2cm between each bun. Cover with a tea towel or loose cling film for an hour. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Bruch risen buns with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and bake in preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
